The Civil Service Sailing Association (CSSA) is a national association of sailing clubs, the sailing arm of Civil Service Sport and Leisure (CSSC) also known as the Civil Service Sports Council, a not-for-profit membership organisation for those in the Civil Service and public sector.

Sailing takes place through member dinghy and yacht clubs.
